Yay! A great day to step on the scale. My system got back on track and the loss showed up on the scale. I am true to the low calorie diet, and I am not hungry. I feel great and we are left with 38 days to go on the 48 day plan. If, however, I reach my goal earlier, I will stop it early. There's incentive, aye? This is not so different than I eat anyway, however, just a bit more restrictive in calorie count. I do believe in live food, uncooked as much as possible, unprocessed is a must, lean meats, good fats, good vegetables and very few carbs. It was how I kept the weight off, 105 pounds, for 9 months, and how I shall eat again after this. It also keeps my GI level and stable, a must with my medications. When I feel this great, it's time to record a "note to myself" so if I gain more than two pounds, I can watch this as a reminder of how well it feels to be thin and to stay on top of my weight. It's easier to lose two pounds than it is to lose ten. Happy Weekend to you all!
