This is my Project 10 video. My goal is to get to lose 10 lbs. I gained weight and lost fitness after I was bucked off my horse in November 2013. I am fairly petite and losing 10 pounds will make a big difference in my energy. I am also working on fitness through a strength building exercise routine that I do each day at home. My daughter is getting married June 1, 2013 and I already have the dress. I am very motivated to lose weight, regain lost muscle tone and improve my energy level.
