If a person back steps the trainer while exercising the belt rolls off the pulley. The distance between the main rotor / brake is too far allowing the belt to wobble and shift position then the belt rolls off. This causes an unbalanced jog or jump while training like going over a hump.The repair is to reverse the idler pulley so that the space between the main rotor / brake is shortened.The biggest and most time consuming step to the repair was removing and replacing the covers.It is a beast to put together, make sure you have plenty of room to work on both sides of the machine and lay out the parts, then roll it into area you selected for your trainer.I selected this trained because of my weight; 6'2' @ 230 lbs would destroy the smaller machines bushing and bearings with little use.
