The Plan Day 13 (Repeat 6, 10, 12, 1-3)

Publicist, amateur triathlete/part-time Spinning Instructor Michelle Tennant Nicholson is doing Lyn-Genet Recitas' "The Plan" and is losing 1/2 - 1 pound a day eating 2000 calories a day including foods like coffee/cream/real sugar, chocolate, wine and potato chips. She starts a strategy to lose another 5 pounds by next Thursday -- Valentines Day (her 7th wedding anniversary).
