The door frame pull up bars didn't fit my door and I'd have to lose 30 pounds to get to their max limit. I've seen that if you swing too much during the pull up the door frame models could slip.$250 is a lot to spend on a pull up bar, but it was worth it. It's solid even on carpet and will hold my 280 lbs with no problem. I wanted something semi-portable so I could put it away easy and this definitely fits the bill. It's easy to take down and put back up. I'm not taking it down every day, but during clean up or company, it's quick and easy.I wish it was easier to move when it's put together, but for a few feet, I can deal with it.The packaging was solid, the box looked like it was dropped on the dock a few times, but every piece was bubble wrapped extremely well and arrived without a scratch. I'm not an expert welder, but the welds on this look clean and solid.It's almost perfect because I too wish it went higher. It's higher than the door frame, but I'm 6'3" and it would be great to get it higher.I got the carry bag, not to carry it around, but to store it. It's thick and well done. I was honestly a little shocked at how well this thing works and is put together, the picture doesn't do it justice.It's a lot more then the 20 door jam pull up bars, but it's worth it if you don't have the perfect door frames or want to risk marking the door frame or walls.
