Part 9 - How To Lose Weight In A Week

Keep the scale in your bathroom along with a small wall calendar nearby so you can write down your progress each and every week. By sticking with all 10 of these steps to weight loss success, you will find yourself getting 1 to 2 pounds lighter every week. Doesn't sound like much?
