It's my time to lose this weight and get on track with my life. Any support or suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a community to share my journey with me who are in a similar position as me. Watch me shrink! My current weight is 228.6 pounds (dreadful).. My first goal is 160 pounds, 120 pounds less than what I am now. I believe I can do it, I just need to watch what I eat and exercise much more. It took SO much to actually show my belly on youtube, lol.
